Compensation

All Licensed Mortgage Loan Originators are 1099 and hold control of their work schedule and productivity.  There is no minimum or maximum, no micromanagement, or non-productive activities.

A nominal platform fee of $995 per closed loan is deducted for each closed file.  This allows MLO's to maximize earnings per file via borrower or lender paid up to 275BPS.

Work from anywhere, anytime, and no need to travel to an office or to unnecessary meetings. 

Have another job and work as MLO part time? No prob. Full and part-time are welcome.

We stay ahead of the curve with our software and processes. We use LOS software BytePro Online which was designed by mortgage brokers for mortgage brokerages.  The most user friendly LOS in the market.

We contract with the best processors who will step in at the time to lock and carry your file to close to allow you more time to originate. However, if you want to process your own loans, that is ok too!  Save your borrower’s money and get rid of that notorious “processing fee”.
